Your client's posts are working. This is how you prove it.
Local Content Machine writes a month of posts for a local business. But a like is not a lead, and a local owner will not keep paying for content they cannot measure. Local Lead Loop is the piece that closes the gap: it gives every post one Lead Page to send people to, captures and counts the leads that come in, and turns those numbers into a branded report that makes the client renew.
How the loop works
Six steps. Some happen in Local Content Machine, some in this app, some are your customer acting. This is a map, not a menu, so use the tabs above to actually do the work.
Post Local Content Machine
Your client's 30-day campaign of posts, captions, and hooks, made in Local Content Machine.
Lead Page This app: Lead Page tab
One mobile page with the offer and a form. Every post you publish points here instead of trailing off into likes.
Tracked link + QR This app: Lead Page tab
The link and QR carry tracking tags and a coupon, so you can tell which platform and post drove each visit.
Lead Your customer
A visitor fills the form or calls. The lead is captured and emailed to you. This is the number that matters.
ROI proof This app: Prove It tab
At month end those leads become a branded one-page report you hand the client.
Renewal Your client
Results they can see are results they keep paying for. That is the whole point.
Three moves to run it
Set up agency and client
Add your agency in Agency Profile and the local business with the Add Client button. Reports brand with your agency, Lead Pages brand with the client.
Build and host the Lead Page
Generate the Lead Page, tracked link, and QR in the Lead Page tab, then host the file so it has a public link your posts can use.
Run content, then prove it
Point your Local Content Machine posts at the Lead Page, and at month end hand the client the ROI report.
Your tools
The client journey
Phases 2 to 5 are the monthly engine you run for every paying client. Phase 1 is how you land the client. New to the app? Do a quick dry run of Phase 2 first so the Lead Page tool feels familiar, then start at Phase 1.
Land the client Get Clients tab
What you do: Instead of cold pitching, pick a local business, generate 5 to 7 sample graphics for them in Local Content Machine, build them a quick Lead Page here, and send it all as a free gift.
Build the Lead Page Lead Page tab
What you do: Create the mobile Lead Page, the tracked link, a coupon, and a QR code. This one page is the destination every post will point to.
Feed it content Local Content Machine
What you do: Generate the client's 30-day campaign in Local Content Machine as you normally would. The only new habit: in every post's caption and the profile bio link, use your tracked Lead Page link (or the QR for print).
Prove it Prove It tab
What you do: At month end, gather the numbers and generate the branded ROI report.
Renew and scale
What you do: Send the report, ask for the renewal, then add the next client and run the same loop again.
Lead Page + Tracked CTA the destination for your posts
Local Content Machine gives your client 30 posts. This builds the one place all of them point to: a modern mobile Lead Page, a coupon, a QR code, print materials, and a link you can track.
Prove It: Monthly Content Results Report the renewal engine
The report that answers the only question a local client asks: is this working? Fill it in at month end and hand them a branded one-pager.
Get Clients: Free-Sample Trojan Horse show, don't pitch
Do not cold-pitch monthly content. Build a prospect their first week free, host it, and send that. You are not asking, you are delivering.
Build a Sample Showcase Page optional
Assemble the graphics you generated in Local Content Machine into one branded page to send a prospect. It ends with a button to their Lead Page.
